Emilie Luna Martinez

Emilie Luna Martinez, 30 was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on May 28, 1989.  At the age of 5 months, her parents Richard and Nitza Luna left Puerto Rico with Emilie and her sister Keyla and moved to Providence, Rhode Island along with Emilie's uncle Enrique Cuevas.

Emilie was a kind, caring, loving mother and wife.  She lived a wonderful childhood and had a very close bond with her sisters and close cousins.  Emilie was a very intelligent individual.  She was bright in school and had many friends.  She was always around her family and loved playing with her little sister.  In 2005, during the age of 16, Emilie and her family moved to Florida where she attended high school and made a lot of good friends.  She graduated high school in 2007. Afterwards, she decided to pursue a degree in the medical field.  Emilie loved music and fashion.  She was also very funny and loved being around people who made her laugh.  She loved going to the movies, mall and traveling to new adventurous places and eating different food.

On December 5, 2012 Emilie received her most precious gift; she gave birth to her first child Noah Luna. In 2018, she married the man of her dreams. Emilie was a dedicated mother to her child; along with her first love Xavier Martinez.  Emilie and Xavier, they moved into a beautiful new home and gave birth to a beautiful girl named Valentina.  They traveled to Boston and went to various concerts together-they were a wonderful family to say the least.

Emilie will truly be missed by her family.  She may not be on this Earth in a physical form, but her soul is all around us.  She will always be in our memories and in our hearts.  Emilie was the most genuine person you would ever meet in your life and wanted the best for her family.  Her life and love will carry on forever through her husband, son, daughter, parents and sisters.
