Francisca Rivera, 83 of Deltona, Florida passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.  She was born on April 2, 1935 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico to Edelmiro Merced and Sinfloriana Rosa. She is survived by her husband Vincente and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
