Glenda Jo Rink, 82 of Deltona, Florida passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was born on June 24, 1938 in Wellsburg, West Virginia to John Waters and Minnie Shriver. Glenda was the Owner of a Motel & Campground. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
