Jose Andre Ramirez, 77 of Deltona, Florida passed away on Monday December 5, 2016.  He was born on September 23, 1939 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Jose Ricardo and Asuncion Vidal Ramirez.  He is survived by his wife Lydia and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
