Lucy Wingo Jackson, 88 of Osteen, Florida passed away on January 25, 2021. She was born on July 20, 1932 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Robert Wingo and Zula Hall. Lucy worked for the School Board as a Cook. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
