Rosemarie A. Wilhelm, 83 of Orange City, Florida passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020.  She was born on September 29, 1936 in Union City, New Jersey to Bernard Oelze and Rosemarie Avella.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
