Thomas Gilbert Hapney, 73 of DeLand, Florida passed away November 4, 2016.  He was born on May 28, 1943 in Charleston, West Virginia to Forest and Kathlyn Cook.  He worked as an automotive mechanic.  He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

​A memorial service will be held Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 4pm at The St. John's River Bridge - Seminole County side.  Condolences can be sent to Altman-Long Funeral Home.
