Victor S. Travis Jr., 86 of Deltona, Florida passed away June 18, 2016.   He was born on January 7, 1930 and worked as a Postman for years.  He was a jack of all trades and was a surveyor as well.  He was an amateur photographer, but more of a professional; he just never charged for his services.  He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
